- Proven video editing experience (2+ years)
- Proven videography experience (2+ years)
- Ability to animate motion graphics in After Effects
- Understand how to produce high‑quality, cinematic, colour‑graded content
- Know how to make comedy TikTok and Instagram content
- Know how to effectively produce cinematic photography and videography, including effective use of a gimbal
- Understanding of social media strategy
- Ability to work fast and hit deadlines without excuses
- A good understanding of English
- Editing short and long‑form social media content
- Adding motion graphics to videos to increase retention
- Editing transcript to ensure a coherent and engaging storyline
- Giving strategic advice to improve content performance
- 5‑6.5 MJ starting salary
