A leading insurance company is seeking a Bancassurance Relationship Officer (BRO) to promote products at designated bank branches in various regions. The ideal candidate should have sales experience or be a motivated fresh graduate with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Responsibilities include conducting sales activities, achieving targets, and building professional relationships. This role offers a monthly allowance and productivity benefits.
Bancassurance Relationship Officer (BRO) is a representative of Equity Life at designated bank branches (BPD Bali, bank bjb, Bank Maspion, Bank Woori Saudara, etc.) responsible for marketing, selling, and promoting Bancassurance products to bank customers in Bali and other specified regions.
Positions are available across Bali, Mataram, Lombok, Surabaya, Malang, various regions in Java, Kalimantan, Bandung area, Jakarta area, and others listed in the original posting, aligned with the candidate's domicile.
• Conduct sales activities in the Bancassurance industry.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with bank staff and BPD Bali customers.
• Achieve set sales targets.
• Perform after-sales activities such as follow-up, reporting, case submission, data documentation, medical checks, etc.
• Monthly allowance (basic allowance and allowances).
• Productivity allowance.
