Coordinate and supervise the manufacturing of cigarette products to meet production volume objectives within defined KPIs such as quality, productivity, cost, safety, delivery time, industrial/environmental peace, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the production plan is implemented in terms of targets and resources needed.
• Ensure production runs meet required performance standards.
• Ensure all product quality assurance procedures are properly implemented by the Production Leader, Material Coordinator, and Operators during production.
• Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of processing machines, including inspection of components to minimize damage, following standard operating procedures.
• Initiate and actively participate in process or product quality improvement projects to meet market demand and cost competitiveness.
• Organize and supervise plant resources for optimal utilization in producing cigarette blends.
• Maintain good relations and industrial peace with labor and workers for smooth production operations.
• Implement safety, health, environmental, and security programs in production areas, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Develop staff in line with current job performance requirements and future career aspirations, aligning with company needs.

Requirements:

• Experience in a related field; senior/supervisor experience in manufacturing, tobacco background advantageous.
• Knowledge of business processes and practices.
• Ability to foster teamwork.
• Background in project management.
• Experience in coaching or training employees.
• Good personality and approachability at all levels.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills, self-starter mentality.
