Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a QC Cutting Leader, located in Batang, Central Java. The QC Cutting Leader will oversee quality control processes in the cutting department, ensuring compliance with quality standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Responsibilities include monitoring cutting operations, implementing quality management systems, conducting quality audits, and collaborating with teams to address and resolve quality‑related issues. The QC Cutting Leader plays a key role in ensuring efficiency, safety, and the continual improvement of the production process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in QC Cutting, with at least 1 year in a leader/supervisor role
• Strong understanding of marker, pattern checking, fabric characteristics, and cutting techniques
• Able to identify defects, analyze issues, and implement solutions
• Detail‑oriented, disciplined, and able to manage team performance
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Experience in garment manufacturing industry is required
