Oversee and ensure the effective implementation of HRGA functions, including employee relations, general affairs, and compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
Supporting HR strategies development and execution in alignment with organizational goals, focusing on workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
Support the HRGA team in day-to-day HR operations, including personnel administration, industrial relations, and disciplinary processes.
Monitor and evaluate HR metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in HR practices and employee satisfaction.
Supervise and ensure the smooth execution of the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning and onboarding.
Provide guidance and ensure a positive experience for candidates and employees throughout their lifecycle with the company.
Manage general affairs activities, such as building maintenance, security, transportation, company assets, and legal documentation to support smooth business operations.
Ensure company compliance with labor laws, government regulations, licensing requirements, and internal policies.
Collaborate with department heads and senior management to support strategic decision-making and organizational development.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in HRGA, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in the Manufacturing Industry.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, and HR best practices.
Proven experience in managing recruitment, employee relations, and general affairs operations.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools.
High level of integrity, adaptability, and attention to detail.
Physically and mentally fit to handle managerial responsibilities.
Willing to work in Romokalisari, Surabaya.
