The Successful Applicant

• A degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in organizational development or talent management, prior consulting experience of involvement in large-scale OD exposure is a huge plus.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and recommend strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a strategic mindset.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies and HR best practices.
• Ability to design and deliver impactful training and development programs.
