Job description

As the Manager Marketing Strategy at PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating strategic work plans focused on customer relationship management to support the achievement of daily and periodic sales and profitability targets. Lead the planning and execution of strategic partnerships and promotional activities, including the implementation of promotional events, approval of proposals, and supervision of proposal and budget preparation. You will oversee the performance evaluation process, ensuring alignment with company policies and performance standards.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to boost traffic, sales, and brand presence.
  • Drive CRM initiatives to increase customer engagement, retention, and loyalty program performance.
  • Plan and execute targeted campaigns based on customer data and segmentation.
  • Monitor and analyze customer insights, sales impact, and partner performance.
  • Collaborate with merchandising, operations, and digital teams to align retail strategies.
  • Lead and guide the team to achieve partnership and CRM objectives.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • 5 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or CRM, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role, preferably within the Retail or FMCG industry.
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle, segmentation, loyalty programs, and data-driven marketing.
  • Ability to negotiate and manage partnerships with external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in managing customer relationship management (CRM) programs and strategic partnerships.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage complex logistics.
  • Proficient in event technology and digital platforms to enhance event experiences.
