Job description

Strategy Setting: Define the overarching strategy for all digital channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content, Email) aligned with revenue goals.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team, ensuring high performance and efficiency.

Budget Management: Plan, allocate, and manage the entire digital marketing budget effectively to optimize costs and results.

Performance Oversight: Establish KPIs, monitor all campaign performance, and direct data analysis (using GA4/Analytics) to drive data-driven decisions.

Reporting: Present comprehensive performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to Senior Management.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in Digital Marketing.

Minimum 2+ years in a leadership or managerial capacity.

Expert proficiency in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and achieving high ROAS.

Deep knowledge of SEO/SEM, Content Strategy, and CRO.

Mastery of Google Analytics 4 for advanced performance tracking and reporting.

Proven ability to manage budgets, lead a team, and communicate strategic vision effectively to stakeholders.
