Key Responsibilities
- Develop annual marketing communication strategies aligned with the company’s brand and business objectives.
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all communication materials.
Campaign & Activation
- Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns including digital marketing, PR, social media, events, and partnerships.
- Develop creative concepts and messaging for multi-channel campaigns (online and offline).
Media Relations & PR
- Build and maintain relationships with media, KOLs, influencers, and strategic partners.
- Prepare press releases, handle media exposure, and monitor media coverage.
Digital & Content Management
- Lead content development for websites, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Analyze digital performance (reach, engagement, conversion) and optimize strategies accordingly.
Branding & Creative Production
- Oversee design, copywriting, and production of marketing materials including videos, brochures, and digital assets.
- Coordinate with internal creative teams or external agencies.
Events & CSR Programs
- Manage brand events, product launches, exhibitions, and CSR activities aligned with company positioning.
Budgeting & Reporting
- Manage the MarCom budget to ensure cost efficiency and effective spending.
- Prepare performance reports, campaign analytics, and ROI evaluations.

Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related fields.
- Master’s degree is an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Marketing Communications, Branding, or Public Relations.
- Experience in technology, EV industry, energy solutions, or manufacturing is a plus.
Knowledge & Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, brand communication, digital marketing, and media relations.
- Proficiency in developing integrated marketing campaigns and managing multi-channel communication.
- Familiar with tools such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and CMS platforms.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content management skills.
