Senior Digital Marketing

• At least 3 years experience in a digital marketing or advertising position, especially in performance marketing.
• Experience with Google Ads; Facebook Ads; Instagram Ads.
• Develop proposal with strategic campaign, creators recommendation, and creative direction.
• Excellent knowledge of the digital advertising sector with a strong contact base among agencies, and network of direct clients.
• Highly motivated self-starter who can work dynamically with minimum supervision & experience managing team.

Senior System Analyst

• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematic, Economics or Engineering.
• Min 4 years relevant work experience in management/strategic consulting, telco (product/vertical management), marketing, booking apps, online payments/e-wallets, eCommerce and/or start-ups.
• Ability to consistently perform comfortably under pressure in a dynamic, ultra-fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented.
• Experience in analysing & quantifying complex strategic issues tied to long-term business growth.
• Effective communicator to both technical and business audiences.
• Experience in project managing complex, cross – Functional projects
• Quantitative discipline with strong business sense and ability to articulate complex analysis results to a wide range of audiences and translate these to actionable business insights
• Primarily driven by quantitative outcome for all decision making

Senior UI / UX Designer

• Have bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Interaction Design or Information Technology
• Have 4 years of experience as UI/UX Designer and proven by portfolio of design projects
• Have strong knowledge in interaction design, information architecture and wireframe tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to present well and explain design solutions to cross-functional teams.
• Expert level skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, XD or Sketch and other relevant design tools

Content Creator Social Media

• At least 4 years experience writing compelling, creative content in Social Media.
• Have a solid relationship with media is a plus.
• Developing creative content that are consistent with the identity and direction.
• Provide strategy on delivering content to the right audience on the right channels.
• Analysing the performance of content created and proactively suggesting new content angles to improve content engagement.
• Demonstrated strong team management skills.
• Good Understanding of local contents and social trends

Manual Tester

• 1+ year of experience mobile applications and web-service applications.
• Should have a good understanding of testing concepts.
• Good understanding of debugging to understand stack traces.
• Experienced test large, complex consumer-facing websites and mobile applications that need to scale to millions of users.
• Customer-focused and pay great attention to detail.
• You are a team player, communicates well and can work with QA Analyst and engineering teams.
• Ability to work independently and as member of a team.
