We are looking for an experienced HR – Manager Talent Acquisition, who is responsible for reviewing and fulfilling Manpower Planning (MPP) to find the right talent (quality) at the right time (SLA hiring) to maintain diversity of religion, tribes, gender, and generation.

Coordinate with General Manager HRGA to monitor and provide reports about Fulfillment rate, SLA Hiring, and Engagement rate for new employees.
