Job summary

A leading aquaculture company in Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Planner to develop maintenance strategies and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Bachelor's in Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include budgeting, team leadership, and project management, with a focus on minimizing downtime. Candidates must be familiar with TMP/Lean methodologies and possess strong analytical skills. This role is based in Cikampek.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Mechanical/Electrical/Maintenance Planner in the manufacturing industry.
• Familiar with TMP/Lean methodologies and OEE.
• Proficient in using RMMS and ERP tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop maintenance strategies and predictive/preventive schedules.
• Guide maintenance technicians and manage performance.

Operations Management: Oversee daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency (OEE).

Budget & Inventory: Control maintenance budgets, manage spare parts, and handle procurement.

Project Management: Coordinate new equipment installations, commissioning, and improvement projects.

Documentation: Maintain accurate equipment histories and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor's of Engineering
• Experience as Mechanical/Electrical/Maintenance Planner at least 5 years in Manufacturing Industry
• Familiar with TMP/Lean and OEE
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and coordination skills
• Proficient in using RMMS (Road Maintenance Management System) and ERP tools is a plus
