As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding RISE’s client portfolio by leveraging your existing network and relationships in the marketing and influencer industry.

Responsibilities

Leverage your existing network to pitch, customize, and close influencer-driven marketing solutions that align with client needs.

Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media outreach.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to co‑develop proposals and campaigns that drive higher value deals.

Act as a trusted consultant for clients, helping them navigate challenges and achieve measurable influencer marketing outcomes.

Provide client feedback to help improve product offerings and service delivery.

Build long‑term client relationships based on trust, transparency, and tangible results.

Qualifications

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Strong understanding of the influencer industry in the Indonesia region.

Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales/business development; experience in influencer or digital agency is preferred.
