Job Description

As an Assistant Manager for Sales, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage end-to-end order processes, including monitoring, delivery planning, and ensuring timely fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (PPIC, Warehouse, Exim, Accounting, Quality) to meet customer requirements and resolve claims.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, pricing records, and customer data in the system.
  • Handle customer communications, including requests, complaints, and feedback.
  • Monitor buffer stock and provide timely reporting to customers.
  • Prepare periodic sales and operational reports in line with internal and group standards.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Supervise daily sales operations and assist in team development and training.
  • Keep product portfolio information updated and manage related system entries.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales or Order Management (manufacturing background preferred).
  • Proficient in English (verbal and written).
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills; ERP experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
