Job summary
A leading sharia bank in Indonesia is seeking a Relationship Manager Consumer to achieve sales targets and foster customer relationships. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 2 years of experience in Mortgage Sales or as a Relationship Manager. Strong analytical, communication, and sales skills are essential for succeeding in this role. Candidates will also be expected to provide premium customer service and ensure compliance with banking policies. The position is based in various locations including Fatmawati, Slipi, and Balaraja.

- Ensure the achievement of sales target for KPR Products
- Processing the Acquisition of targeted new customer (mortgage) with build partnership with Developers and Branches
- Increase cross selling between lending and funding product
- Ensure the loan process in line with the policy and regulation
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external loan support
- Providing premium customer service
- Maintaining good relations and providing appropriate banking solution
- Providing referrals for new developers, property agent or other referral source
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Min 2 years experience as Mortgage Sales/ RM Consumer
- Good knowledge of banking lending and Consumer
- Well developed interpersonal, relationship and communication skills
- Good at selling/influencing
