- 10+ years of experience in accounting and tax, proven track record in financial reporting.
- Strong leadership and team management experience in multinational environments.
- Proficiency in accounting systems and advanced Excel skills.

- Oversee the accounting function for accurate financial reporting and compliance.
- Manage tax planning, compliance, and reporting.
- Lead and develop the accounting team across key areas.

- Manage tax planning, compliance, and reporting to ensure optimization and adherence to regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team, managing key areas such as accounts payable/receivable, treasury, and general ledger.
- Ensure timely month-end closings and financial statement preparation while driving process improvements and efficiencies.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in accounting and tax, with a proven track record in financial reporting and compliance.
- Strong leadership and team management experience in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
- Proficiency in accounting systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
