Job description

Manage the daily activities of the housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.

Foster a positive work environment, emphasizing teamwork, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Develop and manage housekeeping schedules to ensure proper coverage and efficient task completion.

Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory, ensuring that necessary cleaning materials are always available.

Collaborate with suppliers to secure cost-effective agreements for cleaning products.

Provide opportunities for professional development and advancement within the team.

Coordinate with Customer Service, Engineering, Inventory and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Address cross-functional issues and work towards overall guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred.

Previous experience working in a housekeeping management role.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Knowledge of safety and health regulations and standards.
