This role requires excellent English communication and in-depth knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards. The position offers a chance to contribute to innovative property developments.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Finance within Property & Mall Industry (highly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Proven experience in multi-entity consolidation and cost control.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Oversee financial reporting and manage cost control initiatives.
• Lead and mentor the finance team.
