WHAT YOU’LL DO

Directly supervise a group of medical sales representatives and deliver sales results for the entire geography.

  • Lead district team to meet or exceed established sales forecasts and call execution goals.

  • Work with individual sales reps to set appropriate and challenging goals for each territory.

  • Proactively anticipate and address obstacles that may impede results.

  • Assess individual and team progress toward goals and coach to improve.

  • Develop sales reps to enhance skills and advance to higher career levels (including future District Manager).

  • Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals and distribution of samples.

ESSENTIAL FOR THE ROLE
  • Education background: minimum of a bachelor’s degree.

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, financial management, written and oral communication skills.

  • Data management and relevant computer skills.

  • Analytical and strategic thinking.

  • Good strategic business knowledge & insight.

  • Good project management.

  • Willing to be located in any city in Indonesia.

  • Good English speaking and written skills.
