Technical Sales Executive (Junior Business Development)
To drive new business opportunities, strengthen existing client relationships, and ensuring high service satisfaction in alignment with Company quality and safety standards.
Strategic Sales and Business Development
- Engage with potential clients/prospects.
- Develop and execute sales strategies together with the Business Development Manager (BDM).
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with customer key personnel, understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Prepare tender bids/quotation end to end with operation team.
Technical and Project Oversight
- Collaborate with Operations Manager or Head of Inspections to resolve technical issues and define project scopes aligned with client expectations.
- Assisting presentations showcasing our products or services and solutions.
- Working together with BDM manage the full lifecycle of project - from quotation submission to final payment collection.
- Assess client needs in coordination with BDM, Head of Inspection to determine appropriate service packages, equipment, and resource allocation.
- Support Technical Services dept initiatives that contribute to revenue generation and operational excellence.
Experience and Skills
- At least 5-7 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in a Multi‑National Company and in Oil and Gas/Renewal/Energy.
- Well versed with Indonesia upstream, midstream & downstream market.
- Possesses comprehensive knowledge of the business environment and regulatory framework in Indonesia.
- Exposed with Technical Inspection Services such as QA/QC, ANDT, API, ASME, Rope Access method, Vendor Surveillance & Third‑Party Inspection.
- Customer focus with the ability to build sustainable, operational and commercial relationships.
- Have various networks with manufacturing plants, power & energy plants.
