Job description

We are seeking a Traffic Control Manager to lead and manage all internal and external traffic operations within EIGER Adventure Land. In this role, you will ensure smooth vehicle and guest flow, maintain area safety, and uphold service standards that support exceptional guest experiences and revenue optimization. You will oversee the Traffic Control, Shuttle Driver, and Parking teams, with a strong focus on safety, operational efficiency, multi-stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead overall Traffic Control operations, including vehicle flow management, shuttle transportation, and parking areas

Design and implement traffic management strategies to reduce congestion and enhance guest comfort

Enforce high safety standards across all traffic and transportation activities

Guide and develop Traffic Supervisors, Traffic Staff, Shuttle Drivers, and Parking Staff to uphold professionalism and service excellence

Collaborate with Security, Engineering, ICT, Operation Support, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations

Monitor traffic data, congestion levels, parking utilization, and shuttle efficiency for continuous improvement

JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimum D3/S1 degree in Transport Management, Hospitality, Operations, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in traffic operations, transportation management, parking operations, or similar operational areas; prior team leadership experience is highly preferred.

Strong leadership capabilities, fast decision-making skills, and a high commitment to safety standards.

Able to manage teams effectively in busy, crowded, and dynamic environments.

Communicative, service-oriented, and capable of handling guest complaints professionally.

Good understanding of transportation safety standards and emergency procedures.

Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
