As a Restaurant Manager, you are responsible for managing restaurant operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. You will manage, train and develop the team, work within budgeted guidelines for food and payroll, drive sales, develop menus, account for stock takes, incentivize staff, set departmental targets, evaluate guest satisfaction, conduct communication meetings, be environmentally aware, assist other departments and comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
