As a Project Manager, you will lead AI data collection and localization projects, driving them from inception to completion. You will be the pivot for cross-functional teams and ensure that our projects meet business objectives and are delivered on time.
- Using Agile methodologies, plan and oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conception to delivery.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Ensure project milestones align with business objectives using Scrum practices.
- Lead project teams, providing direction and support to project coordinators and Junior Project Managers.
- Innovate and implement project management methodologies to enhance project efficiency.
- Engage with stakeholders to report on project progress and address any issues.
- Implement project standards and practices, learning from senior project managers to become more autonomous.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management within AI or related fields in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing sizable, diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex projects.
- Strong technical understanding of AI and machine learning.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Certification in Agile, Scrum, or similar methodologies.
- Sense of urgency and accountability.
- Excellent communication skills in English
