Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to spearhead our Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy across technology, product, and business domains. The Head of AI will be responsible for shaping and executing the company\'s AI roadmap, aligning innovation with business goals, and driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable and impactful AI solutions. Other responsibilities include:

Strategic Leadership

• Defining and leading the company\'s AI strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
• Identify emerging AI trends, technologies, and market opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders.
• Evaluate and guide the adoption of AI platforms, tools, and infrastructure.
• Ensure ethical, secure, and scalable deployment of AI systems.
• Define KPIs and success metrics for AI-enabled products.

Business Impact

• Build business cases with various business units for AI initiatives, including ROI analysis and risk assessment.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of AI Strategy should have:

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, product, or technology leadership roles, with at least 3 years in AI-related domains.
• Proven track record of developing and executing strategic initiatives in tech-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, NLP, computer vision) and their business applications.
• Experience working with data science, engineering, and product teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
