We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Brand Partnerships Associate to help our clients build strong collaborations that fuel growth. This role blends outreach, relationship management, and campaign coordination, perfect for someone who thrives on connecting with people and supporting e-commerce brands in a fast-paced remote environment.

• Identify and research potential brand, influencer, and affiliate partners that align with client goals
• Assist in outreach campaigns through email, social media, and partnership platforms
• Coordinate partnership agreements, ensuring clear communication and accurate documentation
• Track campaign deliverables, timelines, and results to ensure commitments are met
• Maintain organized records of contacts, contracts, and ongoing collaborations
• Support account managers by preparing partnership performance reports
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align partnerships with campaigns and promotions
• Build and nurture strong professional relationships that drive long-term value

• At least 1 year of online/remote work experience (required)
• Experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, affiliate programs, or business development preferred
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Bonus points if you have experience with influencer platforms, affiliate tools, or CRM systems
