Our company is considered an industry leader with an enviable reputation for rendering mobile plant maintenance. We are currently looking for OEM-trained Boilermaker/Welders with high levels of experience for our backfill and shut crews on Mobile Plant.

• Regular repair maintenance on Mobile Plant may include;
• Chassis, Boom, Stick, and bucket repairs

• Minimum 10 years of Boilermaker/Welding experience in Mining Mobile Plant / Earthmoving Equipment
• Proven experience with OEM Brands (e.g., CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi, Liebherr, Sandvik)
• Certified in Weld Tests 1554.1 – 3G & 4G
• Must hold a valid welding certification or license
• Confidence in FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) and MMAW (Manual Metal Arc Welding) processes
• Dogging and Rigging qualifications
• Working at Heights, Confined Space Entry, and High-Risk Work licenses (required in mining environments).

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and weld symbols
• Strong practical knowledge of mobile plant and earthmoving equipment structures
• Mine site experience is essential
• Must be able to work unsupervised and complete tasks to a high standard
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and industry best practices
• Flexibility to work in remote, demanding, or high-pressure environments
• Proficiency in welding, cutting, grinding, and metal fabrication.
