- Lead and coach engineers and tech leads to deliver reliable, scalable systems.
- Drive technical strategy across marketing automation and payments platforms.

- Champion code quality, testing standards, and continuous improvement.
- Balance short-term delivery with long-term system health and scalability.
- Seasoned Technologist: 10+ years in software engineering, including 3+ in a leadership capacity.
- Hands‑On Expertise: Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and at least one cloud platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
