Our Technical Implementation Consultants are responsible for the onboarding and technical success of our clients. This will be an unique mixture of backend technical work, and customer facing project management.
Excellent English communication skills are going to be a must-have. We are specifically looking for someone at a C2 or native level proficiency. Please do not apply if this is not applicable to you.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of Ailytics\' Video Analytics solutions for new and existing customers.
- Partner with customers to understand and document their technical requirements, workflows, and business objectives.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact during the deployment phase, guiding customers through setup, configuration, and integration.
- Manage and configure API integrations using our platform\'s GUI. This includes reading and understanding both Ailytics\' and our partners\' API documentation, using tools like Postman to test and troubleshoot API endpoints (including Auth and Body configurations), and analyzing JSON responses.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical implementation issues, clearly escalating complex bugs or platform-level issues to the Engineering team.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate customers on the utilization of Ailytics’ products and technologies.
- Provide comprehensive support for the web dashboard and mobile applications, including user account creation, site creation, and troubleshooting.
- Orchestrate resources across internal teams (e.g., Customer Success, Product, Engineering) to ensure a smooth and successful customer implementation.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Provide constructive product feedback and suggestions to Product and Engineering.
- Create playbooks to tackle a wide range of situations effectively and independently.
- Optimize existing playbooks as systems and processes evolve.
Our Ideal Requirements
- Non-negotiable: Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal). You must be able to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both clients and internal teams.
- A proven track record of acting as an independent operator. You can diagnose complex problems, dissect them into manageable parts, and drive them to resolution with minimal supervision.
- Strong project management and organization skills. You must be able to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Past experience in an Implementation, Professional Services, or Technical Account Management role.
- Demonstrable experience with API testing tools (like Postman) and a solid understanding of JSON. You are comfortable reading technical documentation to configure integrations.
- Great to have: Knowledge of Computer Vision, Video Analytics, or IP camera technologies is a significant plus, but not a firm requirement. We value a strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn our niche.
