To support our growing operations, we are looking for a Junior Data Controller (Part-Time) to help us maintain structured, accurate, and reliable internal data systems.

About the Role

This role focuses on maintaining data quality, structure, and visibility across our internal tools and reporting systems. You will help ensure that our CRM and tracking files remain accurate, organized, and actionable so that teams across Business Development, Marketing, and Operations can work effectively.

This is a detail-oriented position ideal for someone who enjoys working with structured data, improving processes, and creating clarity from complexity.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Ensure all pipelines and records are properly filled out and updated.
  • Monitor and update deal statuses and pipeline stages according to current progress.
  • Coordinate with Business Development, Marketing, and Operations teams to gather and share updates when needed.
  • Act as a point of accountability for CRM hygiene and reporting readiness.
  • Identify missing, outdated, or inconsistent data and flag issues proactively.
  • Maintain and organize internal tracking files (KPI tabs, client books, reporting sheets, etc.).
  • Support ad-hoc reporting, data cleanup, and administrative tasks related to internal systems.
Requirements

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (preferably in the 6th–8th semester) at a university, with availability to work part-time alongside studies.
  • Are pursuing (or have recently completed) a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field such as Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Have professional-level English sufficient for internal communication.
  • Are structured, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Are confident communicating with team members to collect and share updates when needed.
  • Work efficiently and have a strong sense of ownership.
  • Are proficient with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.
  • Experience with HubSpot or CRM tools is a strong plus.
  • Can commit to at least 6 months (ideally 1 year).
Working Setup
  • Part-time: 15-20 hours per week.
  • Flexible scheduling between Monday–Friday.
  • Remote work.
  • Based in Jakarta, Indonesia preferred.
