Conceptualize and develop creative multimedia designs in accordance with client requirements and company standards. Work with a team of designers, providing clear communication and guidance throughout the design process. Collaborate with clients, understanding their vision and translating it into creative concepts that align with their brand identity and messaging. Research industry trends, staying up to date with the latest design techniques, technologies, and multimedia tools, ensuring all projects are cutting‑edge and innovative. Work closely with the Creative Lead and other stakeholders to ensure that project deliverables are achieved within budget, timelines, and quality standards. Create storyboards, mock‑ups, and prototypes to present and pitch design ideas to clients, ensuring their vision is visualized and understood. Approve and provide feedback on designers' work, ensuring design consistency, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing workloads, and effectively delegating tasks to the design team. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and production, to ensure seamless integration of multimedia designs across various platforms and mediums. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to the design team, nurturing their professional growth and fostering an environment of creativity, innovation, and collaboration. Support in production if need be.

Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Exceptional artistic and visual design skills, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of multimedia design projects. Proficient in industry-standard multimedia software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) and multimedia tools. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition. Ability to effectively communicate visual ideas and concepts to clients and team members. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Proactive problem‑solving skills and a keen attention to detail. A passion for exploring new design trends and innovative approaches to multimedia design. Work station not provided.
