This agency collaborates with industry giants such as Google, YouTube, Android, LVMH, Chanel, FreeNow, and leading Silicon Valley startups, creating high-impact creative work that reaches audiences across continents.

As the agency continues to expand, we are hiring several exceptional, highly conceptual Art Directors who can elevate visual storytelling, lead creative direction, and leverage next-generation AI tools (especially Gemini and Google AI) to push ideas further, faster, and smarter.

You will play a key role in crafting breakthrough creative content for flagship campaigns across Asia and global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Conceptual Execution

• Develop, pitch, and execute original on-brief concepts across animation, video, typography, sound, and AI-assisted content
• Produce high-quality, compelling visual narratives for social content, feature launches, product updates, and brand campaigns
• Create fresh, engaging concepts that align with brand goals and push creative boundaries

Leadership & Project Management

• Lead and mentor junior designers through the full creative process
• Own projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery
• Maintain exceptional creative standards across all visual outputs

Collaboration & Innovation

• Partner with writers, editors, producers, and client managers to turn concepts into reality
• Experiment with emerging creative and AI tools to keep work innovative
• Stay ahead of design trends and continuously elevate creative output

Must-Haves

• 6–7+ years of experience in design, production, and post-production
• Expertise in at least two major design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, InDesign
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and the full art production workflow
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate ideas clearly
• Ability to adapt stylistically while maintaining creative originality
• Precision, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities
• Curiosity and openness toward AI-driven creative tools (Gemini experience is a plus)
• Ability to turn ambiguity into clarity, direction, and actionable work
