Position Overview:
This is a leadership role within Client Success. The Senior Account Manager owns key client relationships and ensures delivery across performance marketing, SEO, social/creative, and analytics. You’re the calm, structured operator who “knows the whole board” — creating clarity for clients and internal teams, anticipating issues, and improving delivery systems as we scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own communication, expectations, and satisfaction for a portfolio of luxury hospitality clients.
- Lead strategic conversations and present data‑driven recommendations tied to business goals.
- Build long‑term trust with senior stakeholders and represent Advant.ai with clarity and confidence.
- Develop quarterly and annual digital plans across paid media, SEO, social, and content.
- Analyse trends, competitive landscapes, and performance to shape client direction.
- Turn complex data into clear narratives and actionable next steps.
- Own end‑to‑end project delivery: scope, timelines, owners, approvals, and quality control.
- Run delivery using tools like Monday.com, Google Sheets, Notion/Asana (or similar).
- Introduce automation and AI tooling to reduce friction and improve speed and accuracy.
- Keep creative, media, SEO, and data teams aligned to a unified plan.
- Oversee monthly reporting: accuracy, insights, and clear recommendations.
- Review and interpret GA4 / Looker Studio dashboards, SEO tools, and ad platform data.
- Lead monthly performance reviews and guide optimisation priorities.
- Mentor junior team members and raise the bar on client delivery standards.
- Identify upsell opportunities (new markets, new channels, audits, strategy projects).
- Maintain account health checks and flag risks early.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–6 years in digital marketing, account management, consulting, or a similar client‑facing role.
- Agency experience preferred (especially multi‑client, multi‑workstream environments).
- Proven track record managing complex projects and stakeholder expectations.
- Strong project management discipline and comfort working in structured workflows.
- Good working knowledge of how SEO, PAID media and social media to lead client.
- Ability to work with subject matter experts but be able to translate their work to clients.
- Confident presenting and writing in English (native or near‑native).
- High ownership: proactive, anticipatory, structured, and solution‑oriented.
- Calm under pressure; able to manage multiple priorities without losing detail.
- Interest in luxury hospitality, travel, design, and high‑touch client management is a plus.
