About the role

We are looking for a highly independent, trustworthy, and proactive TikTok Shop US Affiliate & Brand Account Manager to fully own our affiliate outreach and collaboration workflows, while also managing our brand’s US TikTok Shop account.

This role is 100% remote and requires someone who is comfortable working autonomously, communicating clearly online, and taking ownership of results without constant supervision.

You will be a key point of contact between our brand and TikTok creators, and a core operator in our e-commerce and influencer marketing efforts.

Key Missions
Affiliate & Creator Management
  • Identify, outreach, and contract relevant TikTok Shop affiliates and creators
  • Manage end-to-end affiliate collaborations (onboarding, coordination, follow-ups, timelines)
  • Maintain professional and responsive communication with creators
  • Ensure contracts, deliverables, and posting timelines are respected
TikTok Shop US & Brand Account Management
  • Coordinate product listings, pricing updates, and campaign setup
  • Monitor performance and flag issues proactively
Workflow & Operations
  • Keep creator lists, collaboration statuses, and documentation well-organized
  • Work with seller dashboards, store tools, and e-commerce systems efficiently
  • Continuously improve internal processes and workflows
Requirements
Must-have
  • Highly independent, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Very responsive and professional in online communication (Slack & Notion)
  • Strong understanding of KOL / influencer marketing and social media marketing
  • Ability to proactively identify tasks and take ownership without being micromanaged
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong follow-through
  • Able to multitask, manage deadlines, and solve problems independently
Nice-to-have
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing (Preferably with exposure to structured environments or larger companies)
  • Experience managing workflows with tools like Notion
  • Familiarity with seller dashboards, pricing tools, or store setup
  • Interest in — or experience using — AI tools to improve workflow efficiency
