Identify company needs for specific goods and services based on requests from various departments.

Optimize procurement costs to maintain the company’s Operational Expenditure (OPEX) as well as Maintenance, IT, General Affairs, Marketing, etc.

Sourcing, assess and select suppliers according to company criteria, including reliability, product or service quality, and competitive pricing.

Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure that terms of pricing, delivery schedules, payment conditions, and other clauses reflect the company’s needs and minimize risks.

Prepare reports related to procurement activities, including expenditures, efficiency, and supplier performance, while maintaining accurate documentation for each transaction.

Communicate with internal departments such as finance, marketing, general affair, operations, and logistics to analyze needs and ensure good coordination in the procurement process.

Develop and implement long-term procurement strategies that support company goals, including efficiency and cost-saving initiatives.

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Management, Accounting, Business, Economics, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in procurement direct or indirect, supply chain management, or a similar role.
• Strong at Negotiation, Saving Cost Strategy, Problem Solving, Vendor Management, Internal External Coordination, etc.
• Excellent communication skills to negotiate with vendors and coordinate with various teams.
• Understanding of vendor contracts, tender management, cooperation agreements, and MoUs.
• Solid understanding of Operational Cost Efficiency (OPEX) strategies.
• Experience with procurement management software, Accurate and ERP systems.
