Job Summary
PT Sumber Energi Surya Nusantara (SESNA Group) is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain process for solar projects and operations. This includes planning, procurement, vendor management, logistics, and inventory control to ensure all activities run efficiently, on schedule, and aligned with company standards.
Conduct demand and supply planning for solar panels, inverters, cables, mounting structures, and other essential components.
Execute the full procurement cycle, including vendor sourcing, price negotiations, quality evaluations, and purchase order issuance.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with local and international suppliers, particularly within the solar and renewable energy sector.
Oversee logistics and shipment processes, including coordination of export-import documentation when required.
Ensure accurate inventory control, monitor safety stock levels, and perform regular stock audits.
Collaborate closely with Project, Engineering, Finance, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of project materials.
Conduct vendor assessments and periodic evaluations of supplier performance.
Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or material shortages.
Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, cost analysis, supplier performance, and material movement.
Monitor global market trends and pricing related to solar components.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in solar/renewable energy, EPC, or manufacturing industries.
Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, warehouse operations, and vendor management.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to conduct effective price analysis.
Knowledge of export–import documentation is an advantage.
Mandarin proficiency is a plus, especially for communication with China-based suppliers.
Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and other supply chain tools.
Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
