About the Role

Within this transformation, Fulfilment At Speed (FAS) plays a crucial role as the engine powering seamless omnichannel operations across Indonesia. As part of the Operations team, you’ll ensure that every process supporting store execution runs reliably, efficiently, and with precision. Your work keeps Blibli’s promise alive — ensuring every store interaction, product placement, and customer experience aligns with our commitment to excellence.

As a Key Account – Store Management, you will collaborate closely with brand partners, store teams, and internal units to drive sales performance, ensure strong brand visibility, and maintain operational smoothness across our omnichannel network. You will be the connector between principal strategies and on-ground execution — optimizing store experience, product availability, and commercial outcomes through structured coordination and data-backed insights.

Your contribution will directly shape how our stores operate and grow, enabling Blibli and its partners to continue transformation together.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with key brand partners to ensure category, store, and commercial growth targets are met.
  • Monitor sales performance, stock availability, promotional results, and store-level KPIs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee operational and financial processes including promotion claims, reimbursements, reporting, and post-activity evaluations.
  • Execute store activation plans and ensure brand visibility, merchandising standards, and on-ground readiness.
  • Support pricing, promotion alignment, and commercial coordination to stay competitive and drive conversion.
  • Identify store-level operational improvements and opportunities to enhance customer experience and sales performance.
  • Prepare performance dashboards, insights, and recommendations for management reviews.
What You Bring to the Team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Key Account Management, Retail Operations, or Sales & Marketing — preferably in e-commerce or FMCG.
  • Strong data mindset, commercial understanding and passion for the dynamic, fast-paced e-commerce industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • High level of ownership, initiative, and accountability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and insights.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to coordinate across teams to deliver consistent execution and results.
