The role

Reporting to the General Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to join PT. Metal Furniture Trading as a Business Manager. In this key role, you will be responsible for driving new business development and growth for the company's furniture products across the Surabaya East Java region. This is a full-time position based in Surabaya East Java.

Key responsibilities

• Developing and executing sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities
• Fluent in Mandarin or English
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Negotiating and closing sales contracts to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Providing expert product knowledge and technical support to clients
• Analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth areas
• Reporting on sales performance and providing recommendations for improvement
• Collaborating cross-functionally with the marketing, operations and finance teams
