We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who want to grow their career in financial planning and analysis.

• Assist in preparing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
• Support in building simple financial models to review company performance
• Help track and explain differences between actual and planned results
• Work with different teams (like Sales, HR, and Operations) to gather data
• Prepare basic reports and charts to help managers make decisions
• Monitor key numbers and trends (KPIs and business drivers)
• Join team projects like cost-saving ideas or business proposals
• Learn and improve tools and templates used by the finance team

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting.
• Strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and a basic understanding of financial reports
• Eager to learn financial systems and data tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• A team player who’s also comfortable working independently

• Internship or part-time experience in accounting or finance
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Knowledge of financial modeling basics
