Overview

Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a respected client in the Healthcare industry. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company's finance and corporate services function. This role is based in Bali.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic financial leadership and serve as a key advisor to the President Director and Board.
  • Lead and oversee Finance, Risk Management, Procurement, IT, and Human Resources functions.
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and transparent financial reporting in compliance with regulatory and corporate governance standards.
  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies, budgets, forecasts, and investment plans to support business growth and operational sustainability.
  • Oversee treasury, cash management, capital allocation, and risk governance to safeguard company assets.
  • Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and cost efficiency initiatives across all managed functions.
  • Provide leadership in organizational transformation, capability building, and cultural alignment.
  • Represent the company in front of regulators, auditors, and key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, CFA, CMA) is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in finance, with at least 8 years at the CFO or Finance Director level.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-functional teams (finance, IT, HR, procurement, risk).
  • Strong background in healthcare, insurance, hospital services, or financial services industries preferred.
  • Deep understanding of corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance in Indonesia.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic financial planning, treasury, and investment management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to be based in Bali
