Overview

The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations in Semarang branch, ensuring the company's financial health, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth and decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, excellent analytical skills, leadership and Brevet A&B.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the finance department, including finance, accounting, cashier & billing, general store, purchasing, and IT
• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and analyses to management.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and providing recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor budgets
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax and compliance
• Evaluate and manage risks related to financial operations
• Mentor and develop the team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth

Profile

• Based in Semarang
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in finance, accounting and related study
• Minimum 6 years of working experience in Finance and Accounting
• Brevet A & B (Mandatory). CPA and CA are optional
• Background in health care service provider is an advantage
• Good leadership and experience as manager in finance
• Good business partner skill
• Fluent in English and Bahasa
