- You may be assigned as Level 2 AMS support or Level 3 AMS support, working between Business/Client IT Teams, partnering systems, and Application Managed Services (AMS) team. In this role, you are expected to:
- Provide 2nd or 3rd level AMS support for escalated issues, performing in-depth troubleshooting for medium to complex production incidents, resolving issues, and monitoring fixes to ensure correct resolution in accordance with the scope and SLA.
- Identify and perform problem management to reduce re-occurring issues, presenting root cause analysis to stakeholders, and delivering permanent fixes within agreed timeframes and quality standards.
- Lead discussions on high-level solution design for medium to complex enhancements, perform effort estimations, and ensure end-to-end solutioning, building, testing, and delivering enhancements within the timeframe and quality expectations.
- Maintain documentation according to firm standards, best practices, and SOPs.
- Comply with all standard AMS processes, procedures, and client IT policies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance current processes.
- You may also be assigned as part of a project team to implement applications, supporting delivery and development of solutions that meet client needs, and assisting in documentation and communication with clients.
- You will collaborate with diverse project team members to solve problems, improve performance, and generate value for clients across industries.
- You will uphold Deloitte’s standards and ethos in interactions with team members and clients.
- You may lead or coach Analysts and Consultants.
- You will support business development by contributing to proposals, presentations, and publications.

Qualifications include:
- A bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
- At least 8 years’ experience supporting SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC, with leadership experience preferred.
- Knowledge of related modules/sub-modules and end-to-end business processes.
- Experience with technical debugging is a plus.
- Certifications in SAP applications, ITIL, PMP, PRINCE, or Agile are advantageous.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages like Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia, etc., are a plus.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
- Proactive and resourceful with flexibility to support client needs, including after-hours and travel as required.
