Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree in accounting or taxation.
- At least 1 year of experience in taxation (fresh graduates with strong tax knowledge are welcome to apply).
- Good knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Coretax application is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, fast learner, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external parties.
- Able to work both independently and in a team.
Job Description / Responsibilities
- Manage and process the company's tax obligations (VAT, Income Tax Article 21, 23, and others) in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Prepare, review, and reconcile tax-related transaction data.
- Create, input, and submit monthly and annual tax returns (SPT) on time.
- Perform tax reconciliation with accounting reports.
- Prepare and distribute tax withholding slips to relevant parties.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding tax calculations and payments.
- Maintain proper filing and archiving of tax documents.
- Prepare working papers as the basis for tax reporting and audits.
- Stay updated on the latest tax regulations and ensure company compliance.
- Assist with other administrative tasks within the Accounting/Tax Department as needed.
