About The Role

Tentang Anak is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Associate Commercial to play a pivotal role in shaping our online commerce strategy, focusing on both apps and marketplaces. This position is a key driver in bringing Tentang Anak products to market successfully and ensuring consistent healthy growth of revenue

Job Responsibilities

• Create strategic direction and oversee operational excellence of commerce activities in apps Tentang Anak, and marketplace, especially Shopee
• Achieve sales target by providing creative campaign and promotional ideas and ensure healthy margin in the marketplace
• Strategically position Tentang Anak products within the online marketplace to be the most popular or recommended product by the consumer
• Ensure the daily strategic operations of commerce activities such as shop management, campaign program, and analytics related to performance are well executed and well planned
• Utilize advanced data analytics tools to measure and optimize the performance of commerce initiatives
• Conduct thorough reviews of marketplace listings and campaigns to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

• Minimal 3 years of experience managing and growing online marketplace
• In-depth understanding of marketplace operations and backend processes
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, and recommendations, and drive actions
• Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and accuracy
• An entrepreneurial spirit, strong leadership qualities, and a collaborative attitude
