Job description

We are looking for a passionate and analytical Product Manager to drive the growth of our core payment products. This role focuses on user acquisition, activation, retention, and overall product performance. You will work cross‑functionally with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to deliver product solutions that directly impact company growth.

Experience in loyalty programs and customer experience is highly valuable, especially for improving user lifecycle, building engagement strategies, and optimizing conversion funnels.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: research, requirement gathering, prioritization, design, execution, and performance analysis.

Develop and execute product strategies focusing on user acquisition, activation, retention, reactivation, and engagement.

Conduct user research and translate insights into clear product requirements and PRDs.

Analyze product and user behavior data to drive optimization and continuous improvement.

Collaborate closely with engineering, design, QA, business, and operations teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.

Monitor product performance using metrics such as conversion rates, retention, churn, and overall product usage.

Identify opportunities to optimize cost efficiency, process automation, and overall product scalability.

Support initiatives related to customer experience improvement and loyalty program enhancement (if applicable).

Requirements

Minimum 3 year of working experience as a Product Manager in the Internet, fintech, or payment-related industries.

Passionate about building products that solve real user problems, with strong logical thinking and rapid learning ability.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of driving multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Experience with customer experience improvement or loyalty program development is a strong plus.

Ability to independently manage and follow through product initiatives from ideation to launch.
