About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Planner PPIC Staff to join our growing team at PT. Origa Mulia FRP' in Tangerang Banten. As a full-time Planner PPIC Staff, you will play a crucial role in the production, planning and scheduling functions within our manufacturing operations. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic objectives of our company and help drive continuous improvement across our production processes.

What you’ll be doing
  • Create daily, weekly, and monthly plans based on capacity and customer demand.
  • Monitor the availability of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, and QA/QC departments.
  • Track and update production progress and order status in real-time.
  • Prepare, manage and distribute Work Orders (WO) documents to production.
  • Analyze production data to improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Identify risks or delays and provide solutions to keep production on schedule.
  • Prepare and submit PPIC Reports regularly.
  • Familiar with ERP System.
What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a planning or scheduling role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Proficient in using ERP systems, production planning software and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
  • Proactive and detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering high‑quality results.
  • Familiarity with production processes, inventory management, and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Based in Tangerang.
