Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies for bakery products across all stores.
• Develop new bakery products.
• Monitor and manage bakery product displays to ensure optimal presentation.
• Manage a large portfolio of different supplier brands and develop appropriate strategies for each of them.
• Collaborate with other departments to align merchandising plans with product availability and promotions.
• Analyze sales data to evaluate performance and adjust merchandising techniques for maximum profitability.
• Train and supervise store staff on bakery merchandising standards.
• Ensure all merchandising activities comply with company standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary, Baking, Pastry, or a similar field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a merchandiser or buyer in bakery categories from Retail, F&B, or a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge about bakery production and retail operations.
• Strong initiative for new product development.
• Excellent negotiation skills and a track record of establishing and maintaining positive vendor relationships.
