A leading beverage company in Bedford is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor responsible for leading a team, ensuring timely product delivery, and maintaining health and safety standards. Ideal candidates should have supervisory experience in a warehouse, preferably within FMCG, along with strong IT and customer service skills. Job Length: Permanent
Working Hours: 40 hour per week. Working on the late shift, starting at 2pm and finishing at 10pm on a Monday to Friday basis. Flexibility to work outside of these hours and to cover other shifts to suit business needs.

This role is key to ensuring our warehouse runs safely, efficiently, and with a focus on great customer service. You’ll lead and support a team of operatives to deliver products on time and in full, working closely with transport and office teams to keep operations smooth and performance on track.
