Responsibilities

• Monitor productivity, quality, and performance targets.
• Conduct shift handovers and maintain clear communication across departments.
• Assist with training new staff and support ongoing team development.
• Manage inventory accuracy and assist with stock control activities.
• Resolve issues quickly and effectively to maintain smooth warehouse operations.
