Overview

Tennial Personnel are actively seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join a well‑established logistics operation based in Felixstowe. This is a key leadership role within a busy, safety‑focused warehouse environment, responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing and motivating a team and ensuring productivity, accuracy and compliance standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, supervise and motivate a team of warehouse operatives on a day-to-day basis.
  • Allocate work, manage workloads and ensure operational targets and deadlines are achieved.
  • Operate Manual Handling Equipment (MHE) including Counterbalance as required.
  • Monitor performance, attendance and productivity while addressing issues proactively.
  • Maintain full compliance with health & safety procedures and company policies.
  • Support onboarding, training and development of warehouse staff.

  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Clear and confident communication.
  • Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities.

Qualifications Required
  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift License.
