Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Coalville, Leicestershire
Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee stock control and supervise warehouse operations at Premier Logistics in Coalville, Leicestershire. This role is ideal for someone confident in leading a team, managing inventory, and ensuring high standards are maintained across the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and allocating daily tasks across picking, packing, goods-in and dispatch
• Overseeing stock accuracy, cycle counts and inventory checks
• Using WMS systems to record and track stock movements (experience with Clarus or SAP is an advantage)
• Monitoring team performance and providing training and ongoing support
• Ensuring the warehouse remains clean, safe and compliant
• Managing dispatch operations to ensure orders are sent out accurately and on time
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency

About You

• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or stock-focused role
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Confident working in a fast-paced environment
• Forklift experience is desirable but not essential
• Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
