A healthcare service provider in Caulcott is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage a team, ensure service quality, and maintain operational standards. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, a full U.K. driving licence, and the ability to handle changing priorities. Key responsibilities include managing workflows, conducting training, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. This is a full-time role with a salary of £14.55 per hour, based initially in Welwyn Garden City, soon moving to Bedford.
Salary £14.55 ph, dependent on skills and experience.
Training based at Welwyn Garden City AL7 – moving to Bedford November 2026 – must be able to cover both locations initially.
Full time – 40 hours per week.
To enable the Company to achieve the agreed contractual standard of service required, by working as part of a team responsible for the Approved Repairer contract for Bedfordshire, East Berkshire and Barnet. To manage FSE and Operational Team to ensure a first‑class service is delivered daily to all service users.
The prevention and control of infection is an integral part of the role of all Ross Care personnel. Staff members will contribute to the prevention and control of infection through standard infection control practises and compliance with the Company infection control policy.
